The La Vida Laser & Aesthetics Institute is located in Houston, Texas. Our facility has accessibility to conference rooms and a modern café where you can enjoy lunch or simply take a break. La Vida Laser & Aesthetics Institute is proud to office and operate our primary training facility in the heart of Houston. Located less than 5 minutes from the Galleria and 8 minutes to the Texas Medical Center. Additional amenities in our facility include free parking and wi-fi along with handicap access.
Bring your own lunch or purchase food available in our on-site café with accessible microwave. If you feel like some fresh air enjoy the beautiful outdoor courtyards with picnic tables or visit any of the local cuisine.
Our facility was designed to give the highest-level state of the art training while keeping you in the most comfortable environment possible. Students will have access to a welcoming entrance, classrooms, computer stations, and clinical rooms for hands-on practice.
Beth’s skill set includes working in the public school system, first as a bilingual educator for high school students thereafter as a translator in the school system assisting a phycologist. After 13 years of being a business owner in the event design industry and serving on the board of a well-known event association, she decided to again do something she loved by working in the education field.
She takes pride in helping people elevate their education. Having a passion in the Aesthetic field she worked her way to Dean of a private medical aesthetic school. She always felt there was a higher level of integrity and support that could be given to her students, leading her to open La Vida Laser & Aesthetics Institute.
Dr. Nneka U Edokpayi, MD, is an Internal Medicine specialist in Houston, Texas. She attended and graduated from Howard University College Of Medicine in 2009, having over 13 years of diverse experience, especially in Internal Medicine. Dr. Nneka U Edokpayi is licensed to practice by the state board in Texas.
Greg’s formal education includes a degree in Safety & Health as well as training in emergency medicine. Cristina Flores has worked in the service industry for over a decade. Her close attention to detail and interpersonal skills are invaluable. With a high interest in the fastest growing industry of beauty, and ability to guide perspective aesthetics students throughout their education will create a successful advanced institute.
Dianna has furthered her career for over 8 years by becoming a Professional Licensed Aesthetician and earning her state license as a Professional Laser Hair Removal Technician after 15 years in the advanced eye care industry.
Dianna is registered with the State of Texas as an Aesthetic Laser Instructor as well as a licensed Professional Laser Hair Removal Technician mastering in numerous of aesthetic procedures.
Debra carries over 20 years of experience as a licensed aesthetician and has consulted for many successful aesthetic medical practices. She has mastered her skills for over 13 years as a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and LHR specialist.
Debi is registered with the State of Texas as an Aesthetic Laser Instructor as well as a licensed Professional Laser Hair Removal Technician mastering in numerous of aesthetic processes.
Sarika has been a Master Aesthetician since 2009 and a licensed laser professional since 2014. Working in a variety of environments ranging from luxury day spas to award winning plastic surgeons offices has given her vast experience in a variety of skincare and energy-based devices. Sarika is also a proud CoolSculpting University graduate and has performed thousands of body contouring procedures.
She takes great pride in keeping up with the latest industry trends and newest technologies. Sarika hopes to inspire new generations of Medical Aesthetic professionals with her passion and extensive knowledge in this rapidly growing aesthetics industry. When she is out of the office you can find Sarika enjoying quality time with her Husband and dog, traveling and trying new restaurants.
Donny a Physician Assistant who originally began his career in Emergency Medicine before finding his passion for Aesthetic Medicine. He has been injecting for the past 6 years, and has a wealth of experience with light and energy-based devices as well. As his skills, aptitude, and passion for the field have grown, so did his appreciation for the dramatic impact he was able to make in the lives of his patients. He enjoys being able to share his knowledge to help others as they begin their careers in this field.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and went on to complete his Master of Science as a Physician Assistant at Baylor College of Medicine. He is a native Houstonian, and a US Navy veteran.
He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. He is a native Houstonian.
