Requirements to ENROLL:
The student must call (713-539-3458) or text (254-308-1161) for availability to schedule their 100-treatment practice and have their Apprentice license number from the state (TDLR).
The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) requires Laser Hair Removal Technicians (Apprentice in Training Level) to complete the 100 Treatment Practicum to excel to the Laser Hair Removal Technicians Level.

Course Hours: 4-5 hrs. total (In-Person Hands-On Only Practice)

COURSE INFORMATION:
The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) requires that registered Laser Hair Removal Technicians Apprentice complete 100 Treatments performed to excel in the Laser Hair Removal Technicians Level. There will be no lecture only practice that normally takes approximately 5 hours to complete. The student will perform 100 treated areas on 4 different live models (1-hour treatments per model scheduled back-to-back). The student will perform these laser treatments under the direct supervision and guidance of either a Registered Licensed Senior or a Licensed Professional Laser Hair Removal Technician.
*If the student cannot find models to schedule for their class, please contact us to help. *Keep in mind that if a model does not show up we may have to reschedule the remaining treatment required.

Once the student finalizes this practice, they will receive documents proving they have completed their required practicum to electronically submit to TDLR to obtain their License as a Laser Hair Removal Technician. This license allows you to perform laser treatments without direct supervision in an established facility that is overseen by a Medical Director (medical spa, clinic, or doctor’s office).

After the LHR Technician license has been granted from TDLR the Laser Hair Removal Technician may elevate to the Senior LHR Technician if they choose to. (Level 3)

 Admission Requirements:  

• State-approved (TDLR) license as a Laser Hair Removal Technician Apprentice.
• Proficiency in English and/or Spanish for Spanish-instructed courses.

Student Acknowledgement of the School’s Refund Policy

Students enrolling in any courses agree to the following:

• Refunds for hybrid courses are determined by the total course hours. Once students have login access, refunds are based on the entire course duration, with online hours treated as full hours, regardless of actual online time. This policy ensures fair refunds from the moment students gain login access.
• There will be no refunds after the student has completed the course. Any materials, supplies, equipment, or other purchases are non-refundable.
• Non-attendance or cancellation for in-person courses only without using any clock hours including student will result in the forfeiture of a $100 processing fee, per course.
• The termination’s effective date for refund purposes will be the earliest occurrence of receiving written notice from the student via email.
