La Vida’s Neurotoxins (Botox®) Certification combines self-paced online theory with a 1-day clinical workshop. This hybrid program prepares students for real-world aesthetic practice through comprehensive education and hands-on training.
Students receive immediate access to online modules upon enrollment, with in-person sessions at our Houston facility scheduled within 2–4 weeks.
There are no prerequisites for enrollment; however, a medical background is highly recommended. Neurotoxin treatments are medical-level procedures — Medical Director supervision is required to perform these treatments in practice.
The in-person training day features a live demonstration and/or supervised hands-on practice. Students observe and/or perform treatments under instructor supervision.

The Dermal Filler Injector: Lips Course provides 8 hours of training (4 hours self-paced online and 4 hours in person) on lip augmentation using hyaluronic acid fillers. The curriculum covers lip anatomy, injection techniques, mapping, and patient safety, concluding with an instructor-led demonstration and hands-on practice on a live model.
This advanced course requires a medical background (RN, NP, PA, MD, DDS, etc.) or prior completion of La Vida’s Neurotoxins Certification. Students must be 18+ with a high school diploma/equivalent and be proficient in English or Spanish. Enrollment is also open to those under direct physician supervision with a signed waiver.
